I already booked my reservation; can I still add an in-room experience?
Yes. You can add any in-room experience package to your reservation by calling us up to 24 hours before your stay.
How do I book Spa Services for my stay?
You can book our Spa Services from our booking engine at the time you complete your online reservation. Just select the service you are interested in and it will be added to the cart. Our Spa Coordinator will call you to verify the service, date, and time. If you would rather make your reservation by phone, just tell us what Spa services you are interested in and we will take care of the details for you. Please note, we do require at least 48 hours before your stay to schedule any Spa Services.
I understand you have access to the Cypress Falls private swimming hole, how can I get to go swim there?
For the ultimate in swimming, kayaking, and catch and release fishing, you can purchase discounted passes to Cypress Falls directly from us. Just select the Swim Cypress Falls experience when booking your reservation and it will be added to the cart. The passes will be available in your cottage when you check in.
Is there a way for me to check-in early and check-out late?
Our regular check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM but with this extra experience package added to your cart at checkout, you receive a guaranteed check-in time of 1:00 PM and a late check out of 1:00 PM. Just add the “In Early – Out Late” experience to your reservation and enjoy your extra time with us.
What is the best way to sample wines from the TX Hill Country?

Your experience begins when you make your way to our preferred wine and beer tasting partner where you will experience an exclusive wine and food tasting experience that is uniquely Texas Hill Country. Your experience serves two and includes: Wine Tastings (5 different wines each person), and 1 Charcuterie (curated meats) – designed specifically for the wines chosen.

Can we bring children to Cypress Creek Cottages?
Yes. Cypress Creek Cottages is one of the few properties in Wimberley that welcomes children of all ages as guests.
Can we bring our pets to Cypress Creek Cottages?
Yes, with some practical limitations. All of our guests come to the cottages to enjoy peace and quiet. Pets that are noisy or aggressive toward guests or other pets will be asked to leave immediately. Pets must be housebroken and need to be on a leash when outdoors for their protection and the protection of others. We do not have a weight limit for pets nor do we require a pet deposit. Pets are VIPs at Cypress Creek Cottages. While we do have a two pet limit per cottage, we can and frequently do make exceptions. If you have more than two pets, please call us at 512-847-5950 so we can discuss the details of your pet stay.
Is there a fee for pets?
We are a totally pet-friendly location. We do require a minimal fee per pet, per night during your stay. Our Very Important Pet (VIP) program includes pet welcome package – bowl, treat, comfort mat, and unlimited access to our fenced park and the Cypress Creek. For less than the cost of boarding your pet, your pet can enjoy a family vacation with you.
How do I make a reservation?
Most of our guests book their reservations online. For maximum convenience, you can make a reservation using our real-time booking system by selecting the “Cottages” tab. There you can select your cottage, view availability by cottage, reserve the cottage(s) of your choice, pay for your stay, and receive an email confirmation statement of your payment with stay details.
Can I make a reservation by email or phone?
Yes. You can make a request for reservation using our online “Reservation Request” form and we will contact you to complete your reservation. You can also contact our Reservations and Sales Office by phone at 512-847-5950 or 877-CY-CREEK — (877) 292-7335. Most customers use our online reservation system by selecting the “Cottages” tab where you can select your cottage, view availability by cottage, reserve the cottage(s) of your choice, pay for your stay, and receive an email confirmation statement of your payment with stay details.
What items should I bring for my convenience?
There is no “roughing it” at Cypress Creek Cottages. We provide all of the amenities and conveniences to make your stay and experience with us enjoyable and memorable. For a complete list of amenities, make sure to visit our amenities page.
Can I get maid service during my stay?
Yes. We typically provide service every two days but you can always request daily service for an additional $25 fee per day.
Do you have high-speed Internet access?
Yes. Our property provides wireless 802.11 b/g/n high-speed access to the internet.
Can you help coordinate parties, special occasions, etc.?
Most special events can be handled including, weddings, birthday parties, anniversaries, family reunions, and business meetings. Just give us a call to discuss the possibilities at 512-847-5950 or 877-CY-CREEK — (877) 292-7335.
Is there a common meeting facility?
We do have a covered common area that includes a full kitchen and seating capacity for up to 40 guests. Please call us at 512-847-5950 to discuss your needs.
Can I get a special rate for a family event?
We can work with you to accommodate your needs if you are considering a family event requiring guests to stay in multiple cottages. Many of our guests host yearly family reunions at the Cypress Creek Cottages. If you book three or more of our cottages you receive a complimentary welcome basket for each Cottage. When you book all of our cottages, we include the use of our common area at no additional cost.
Are barbeque grills available?
Yes. Each cottage has a personal barbecue grill.
Is hot tub usage restricted to certain hours?
No. Each cottage has its own private Hot Tub, which is yours to use at any time you want to kick back and relax.
Do any of the cottages face Cypress Creek?
Yes. Cottage 9 – Amethyst, Cottage 10 – Coral, and Cottage 11 – Jade directly face the Cypress Creek. All of our Cottages offer access to the Cypress Creek.
Is there access to the Cypress Creek?
Absolutely! We have two access points to the Cypress Creek. All guests are welcome to use the access points to gain access to the Cypress Creek. It is important to note that the creek is a small body of water that is primarily scenic in nature. Creek water levels can range from dry to 4 feet, depending on the access point you use, the amount of rain received, the time of year, etc.
Do you offer long-term cottage rentals?
Yes. We offer long-term rentals when available. Please call us at 512-847-5950 to discuss your needs.
What are the check in and check out times?
Check-in is at 3:00 PM or any time thereafter and Check out is at 11:00 AM or any time before.
Is there cable TV?
Yes. Each of our cottages offers cable TV, High Definition (HD) Channels, HBO, and free Movies On Demand. Our cottages offer flat screen HD TVs.
Is there a phone in the Cottage?
Is my card charged at the time of booking?
Yes. We charge in full at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation.
