Twelve Cottages. One Pavilion. Your Whole Family.
Up to 53 guests across 12 private cottages. A covered Pavilion that seats 62. Family-owned since 2009 — including our own annual reunion right here. Albert or Brittany responds to every reunion inquiry within 24 hours.
Reunions need their own place.
Most reunion venues force a trade-off. A traditional inn means shared lobbies, shared breakfast rooms, awkward small talk with strangers, and a hard cap around 20-25 guests. A single Airbnb means one house, maybe sleeps 12, with the living room doubling as the gathering space. A resort means corporate service, premium pricing, and a venue that’s optimized for weddings — not for the cousins who haven’t seen each other in five years.
Cypress Creek Cottages is built differently. Twelve private cottages mean every family has their own front door, deck, hot tub, king bed, and full kitchen — the privacy you need at the end of a long catch-up day. The Pavilion is where all of you come together: covered, open-air, seats sixty-two, with an outdoor kitchen, an oversized charcoal grill, and a dedicated bathroom so nobody has to walk back to their cottage. The whole property tops out at 53 guests, walkable to Wimberley Square for dinner, and family-owned since 2009.
We didn’t just build CCC for reunions. We host ours here every year — our own family’s annual reunion fills the property, the Pavilion, and the conversations late into the night. Every layout choice, every amenity, every service decision came from running real reunions at this exact address.
Four options. One that actually fits.
Here’s the structural honest comparison. Most properties can’t serve reunions at all; the ones that try usually compromise on either privacy or gathering. CCC is the only Wimberley property in the structural sweet spot.
| Format | Capacity | Gathering space | Privacy | Service | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Traditional inn | Shared building, shared breakfast room | 15-25 guests | Shared lobby (not exclusive) | None — strangers in the next room | Front-desk shift workers |
| Single Airbnb | One house | 8-12 guests max | Living room of the house | Family-only by definition | None — host is invisible |
| Resort | Hotel-style rooms | Varies (limited whole-property options) | Event venue rented separately | Adjacent rooms, thin walls | Banquet manager (transactional) |
| Cypress Creek Cottages | 12 separate private cottages + dedicated Pavilion | Up to 53 guests | Pavilion built into the property, seats 62 | Each family has their own home | Family-owned + Albert or Brittany as your named coordinator |
Where the whole group comes together.
The Pavilion is our covered, open-air gathering space — the heart of every reunion we host, and the heart of ours. It seats up to 62 people.
The outdoor kitchen is built for cooking for a crowd: two range tops and ovens (dual-range capacity so two people can cook at the same time), a full-size refrigerator (not a beverage fridge — a real one), a bar area with a serving counter, a large sink, a microwave, and an oversized charcoal grill outside the covered space for everything from morning bacon to brisket all afternoon. There’s room for caterers if you go that route, and room for your own family chef if you don’t.
The covered space holds long dining tables and seating for everyone. Ceiling fans and misting fans handle warm Texas days; propane heaters handle cool nights. String lights run the length of the roof for evening gatherings. And — this matters more than people realize on reunion day — the Pavilion has its own private bathroom, so nobody has to walk back to their cottage in the middle of a meal or a speech.
| Outdoor kitchen | Comfort & utility |
|---|---|
| Two range tops and ovens | Seating for up to 62 |
| Full-size refrigerator | Ceiling fans + misting fans |
| Bar area with serving counter | Propane heaters |
| Large sink | String lights |
| Microwave | Private bathroom |
| Oversized charcoal grill | Covered, open-air |
The Pavilion is available with your reunion booking at a per-night rental rate quoted with your reunion package. Rates are subject to change and frequently do — they vary by season, occupancy, events, and holidays. Your coordinator (Albert or Brittany) will quote it when they discuss your dates. All bookings subject to our Policies and Guest Terms.
Twelve cottages. Pick yours.
Take a property tour — twelve cottages, the Pavilion, the creek, the grounds.
Each cottage is a stand-alone home — your own front door, your own deck with a private covered hot tub, your own king memory-foam bed, your own full kitchen, electric fireplace, BBQ grill, and chiminea. Book one cottage for a smaller gathering, or all twelve for a full-property reunion sleeping up to fifty-three guests across the four cottage classes.
Featured cottages for reunions
Every cottage works for a reunion, but two stand out for the configurations reunion organizers ask about most: the larger creek-facing two-bedrooms for the family with the most members (or the grandparents’ suite), and the loft cottages for families traveling with kids.
Cottage 9 Amethyst — two bedrooms, creek-facing, sleeps up to 6.
Our two-bedroom creek-facing cottages — Cottage 9 (Amethyst) and Cottage 10 (Coral) — are the largest individual cottages on the property. Two private bedrooms, a full kitchen, a private deck with covered hot tub, and a direct creek view. Reunion organizers typically reserve these for the grandparents’ suite, the host family, or the largest family unit attending. Sleeps up to 6 with the additional-guest fee.
Cottage 6 Purple — one bedroom plus loft, sleeps up to 5, popular with families traveling with kids.
Our three loft cottages — Cottage 6 (Purple), Cottage 7 (Blue), and Cottage 8 (Black) — are the most popular configuration for families traveling with kids. The loft gives kids their own dedicated sleeping space upstairs while parents have the main king bedroom downstairs. Same private hot tub, full kitchen, and private deck as the rest of the property. Sleeps up to 5.

Family-run service that scales.
Reunions have moving parts. We’ve run ours for years — we know what they are, and we’ve built the service around them.
Albert or Brittany as your coordinator
One named person from your first inquiry through check-out. Knows your group, your dates, and your preferences. 24-hour response on every reunion inquiry, every time.
Master billing OR individual billing
Your call. Most reunions split it — one master bill for some cottages (often the parents’ generation paying), individual bills for the rest (each family on their own card). Either way, your coordinator handles the logistics.
5% group discount
Use promo code my reunion at booking. The reason we don’t tier higher: we’re already priced at or below the median Wimberley market for a category most properties can’t serve at all. We’d rather give you the right reunion than the steepest discount.
First to book is first to stay
No deposits. No room blocks. No holds. Full payment is due at the time of booking — that’s how we guarantee your cottages and never overbook. Tell your group early and book early.
Pet-friendly, no breed limit
All 12 cottages take pets. $15/night per pet — lowest in the area. Bring the family dogs.
Walk to Wimberley Square
Restaurants, shops, the historic square — under a mile away. No designated drivers required after dinner.
Why we don’t offer deposits or room blocks. Unlike chain hotels with hundreds of rooms, we have twelve cottages. When you reserve with us, we take that cottage completely offline — no other guest can book it. We never overbook, and we guarantee every reservation we accept. Full payment at booking is what makes that promise possible.
If your plans change. We don’t issue cash refunds, but we do issue full store credits that never expire, can be used for a future stay of your choosing, can be converted to gift certificates, and can be transferred to family or friends. Suspend your reservation by emailing cancellation@cypresscreekcottages.com or calling 512-847-5950, with at least three days’ notice for non-holiday stays or fifteen days for holiday stays. Full terms: Policies and Guest Terms.
Make it memorable.
A few popular add-ons reunion organizers ask for. All booked at checkout with your cottages, or added later with a call. Twenty-four hours notice for prep. Your coordinator can scale any package across the whole group.
Texas Cheer Experience
A 6-pack of Shiner — our favorite Texas beer — plus a variety of snacks. Serves two.
Popular for reunions because: one in each cottage is a warm welcome when families pull up after a long drive. Your coordinator scales it across the group so every cottage has one waiting at check-in.
Coffee Keepsake Package
Two ceramic mugs plus a 12-ounce bag of ground Fara Coffee — a Texas company with a noble mission, and our in-cottage coffee of choice.
Popular for reunions because: the mugs go home as a keepsake from the weekend. Years from now, family is still drinking out of CCC mugs.
Swim Cypress Falls Experience
A day pass to Cypress Falls — our exclusive partner and the best private swimming hole in Wimberley. Swimming, tubing, kayaking.
Popular for reunions because: the kids and the young adults disappear at the swimming hole for a full afternoon while the grown-ups regroup at the Pavilion. One pass per person per day; your coordinator bulk-arranges.
See all available add-ons on our Experiences page. Your coordinator (Albert or Brittany) can recommend which fit your reunion type and bulk-arrange the order in one step.
Built for reunions — ours included.
Every year, our family — Albert and the team — hosts our own annual reunion at Cypress Creek Cottages. About seventy of us across the cottages, the Pavilion, and the property. We’ve been doing it for years.
Every operational choice we’ve made — the Pavilion’s covered roof, the misting fans for warm days and the propane heaters for cool nights, the cottage clustering on the north side near the gathering space, the walking path to Wimberley Square, the dedicated bathroom in the Pavilion so people don’t have to walk back to their cottages — came from running real reunions here. We didn’t design CCC and then figure out reunions worked. We hosted reunions and then built CCC around them.
“We don’t just rent cottages for reunions. We live them here.” — Albert Valera, owner

From first call to final goodbye.
Reunions are easier to plan than people think — when you have the right operator. Here’s how it works at CCC:
1. Inquire. Fill out the form below or call us at 512-847-5950. Tell us your dates, group size, and what kind of reunion (family, multi-generational, alumni, retreat). The form alerts Albert and Brittany directly.
2. Coordinator assigned within 24 hours. Either Albert (owner) or Brittany (operations manager) calls or emails — confirms availability, walks through cottage selection, discusses Pavilion use, and quotes your specific dates.
3. Cottage assignment. Pick which cottages go to which families. Coordinator helps with logistics (who needs ground-floor access, who’s bringing pets, who needs the loft for kids).
4. Book and pay. Each cottage is booked individually (master bill or individual cards — your call). Full payment is due at the time of booking; that’s how we guarantee your cottages and never overbook. First to book is first to stay.
5. Arrival + the reunion itself. Coordinator on-site for any logistics. You enjoy your family.
