Your DIY Wedding, Your Way
Whether it's an intimate ceremony by the creek, a pavilion reception with your favorite food truck, or a full weekend takeover of all 12 cottages — you decide. Bring your own coordinator, your own vendors, your own vision. We handle the facility, the logistics, and a staff coordinator who works directly with yours. Every cottage has a private hot tub. The pavilion holds up to 62 seated. Cypress Creek runs through the property. And your dog is welcome at the ceremony.

Kitchen, heaters, and room to linger
The kitchen and counter service area let your caterer — or your family — work on site instead of trucking food across town. Heaters and fans mean the pavilion works in February and in July. It is the piece that turns twelve separate cottages into one wedding.

You bring your wedding coordinator — the one you trust to run the day. We provide a dedicated CCC staff coordinator who works directly with them. Not to run your wedding — to make sure everything about the facility, the cottages, and the logistics is exactly what you need.
