The Lions Club created Wimberley Market Days. It was originally held in the Town Square, but it became so popular and filled with so many vendors, they expanded the event into a field they purchased, which is now called Lions Field. The mission of Lions Club includes serving the Wimberley area, so all profits are donated to local and state charities, scholarships, and community projects.
